1. DATABASE/APPLICATION ADMINISTRATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the integration of a multiple server environment via replication
• Design and implement redundant systems, policies, and procedures for disaster
  recovery and data archiving
• Plan and co-ordinate data migrations between systems
• Develop, implement, and maintain change control and testing processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Computer Science, supplemented by training courses in current technology, CCNA/CCNP/CCIP/MCSE/MCSA.
• Knowledge of ORACLE 10g administration, SQL, Linux scripting, and Citrix Metaframe application (V1.8) would be advantageous.

EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of three (3) years working experience with mid sized networks as well as in Project Management
• Good written and oral communication as well as technical documentation skills are desirable.
  

COMPENSATION

• The remuneration package would be dependent upon qualifications, training and relevant experience.
